Welcome to Massage Structural

At Massage Structural we practice both the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and Structural Massage.

Structural Massage incorporates Structural Integration and deep tissue bodywork tailored to the needs of the individual.

The Rolf Method of Structural Integration is a systematic form of bodywork that organizes the soft tissue througout the entire body. When muscles relax and perform as intended, the whole person may enjoy balance, alignment, and flexibility.

Ida P. Rolf, Ph.D., pioneered Structural Integration over 50 years ago. This method of bodywork is sometimes known by the name of "Rolfing" and is very effective at relieving tension and certain types of pain.

“Structural Integration (Rolfing) is a process, a process of deep, soft tissue manipulation, a process of anatomical organization, a process through which the line of the human body and its major segments - head, neck, shoulders, thorax, pelvis, legs, feet - are brought into greater conformity within the vertical line of Gravity.”
